Find your booking
Select My tickets in Roller and open the booking you want to review.
Check your options
If changes are available, choose your new session or ticket options. Review any price difference before confirming, then check your updated details.
The changes you can make depend on your booking, the time before your session and availability. If Roller does not show a change option, contact us before buying another ticket.

I haven’t created an account
Open My tickets and follow Roller’s sign-in or account prompts. Use the same email address or mobile number you used for the booking.
I can’t see my booking
Check that you signed in with the booking contact’s details. Look for your Aqua Warrior confirmation email and its booking reference. If it still does not appear, contact us with that reference.
There is no option to change my session
Available changes depend on your ticket and how close your visit is. Your confirmation email may also include an Update My Booking button. If neither option is available, contact the Aqua Warrior team before making another booking.
