School Groups

We can cater for school groups up to 200 kids at one time.
Be it for sport, break up party or mystery tour, our trained lifeguards will supervise the group and ensure everyone plays safely and enjoys the experience.
These school discounts are strictly offered for sessions during normal school hours.

Sessions can be split if you need a break in between.

BBQ's are available free of charge

* if you require a BBQ please email us after you have made a booking to confirm you require a BBQ.

IMPORTANT

Please email 3 days prior with any changes in numbers or changes to bookings that need to be made.

• Please follow us on FB for all updates and closures prior to your visit.
• No changes to your booking will  be made the day of your booking, you will be Invoiced for the full amount of the  booking.
• You can amend the date, time, session & number of participants by emailing quoting your booking reference to enquiry@aquawarrior.com.au  3 days prior, NO changes will be made after that time.
• No refunds or date changes will be made  for those not participating / partial participation on the day.
• If your numbers are less than 20, at confirmation 3 days prior we reserve the right to cancel your booking discount.
• Only in the event that Aqua Warrior has to close you will be given a full refund.
• Teachers / supervisors if participating must also be included in your numbers to be paid for.
• We suggest your arrive 1/2hr before your chosen session to check in and be ready for your safety induction and have your Group Rider Agreement filled out prior to arrival.
• A Tax Invoice will be emailed once your numbers are confirmed.
• All operational guidelines still apply.
• Bookings DO NOT allow the sole use of Aqua Warrior unless there is a minimum of 120 participants. Subject to availability when booking.
• Children aged 5-9 must by accompanied by an adult to enter Aqua Warrior - ratio is 1 Adult to every 2 children.
• The schools price is only applicable for a minimum of 20 persons at time of booking and during normal school hours of operation.
• No further discounts apply.
• No changes to date or refunds will be made in the case of change of  mind or wet weather.
• Aqua Warrior will only close in extreme weather conditions (lightning storms & winds over 40 knots) Aqua Warrior will notify any bookings in the system if we have any closures, outside of these conditions we are OPEN.
• Office hours / phone lines are Monday - Friday (9am - 3pm) AEST excluding public holidays, any messages left after this time will be answered on the next business day.
